Guided onboarding
If the pilot confirms a fit, you move into a subscription with onboarding scoped to your tier.
Pilot Evaluation
After the side-by-side, BOSOPT offers fixed-scope pilot evaluations on your live operation before full rollout. Pilots are available across all tiers — scope, depth, and timeline are agreed during Discovery based on your data, operational complexity, and evaluation goals.
Depending on scope, a pilot may include:
- Data intake and review
- Data preparation and conversion into BOSOPT's standard formats
- Constraint mapping and documentation
- Engine configuration and calibration
- Live results measured against the side-by-side benchmark and your pre-pilot history
- Results review and recommendations
